Refund / Class Roll Over Credit Options
· You can choose a monetary refund or a class roll over credit to use for future classes.
· We honor a 100% refund or class roll over credit when you register AND cancel before the 1st day of a brand new session begins.
· If you used a credit card to register, a $5 processing fee will be deducted.
· If you cancel your classes on or after the 1st day a new session starts, then an 80% refund or roll over credit will be given. For this, cancellation needs to take place 24hrs BEFORE your class section begins (For Tues-Sun classes) or 48 hrs. (for Monday classes) & have taken no classes.
· Refunds can be requested up until the 2nd class hour taken or missed.
· Only class roll over credit will be given after 2-class hours taken or missed.
· No class roll over credit or refund is given for only 1-class hour left in any session.
· We cannot issue refunds or class roll over credits when registering once your session has already begun & you have missed your 1st class hour.
· If you opt for a class roll over credit and then later change your mind, you can still request a refund up to 30 days from your initial request.
· After 30 days of requesting a roll over credit you cannot then select a refund.
· When selecting a roll over credit, they are kept for you indefinitely, to use or to give to someone else!
· Sorry, but we cannot extend any refunds when you lock in any of our 3, 6, 9, 12 Session Dance Packages. Class Roll Over Credit only. J
Oops! Returned Check?
At this time, LSD does not handle returned checks. We are using the services of E-Collect and they will handle this directly with you. If your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, this merchant will electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus a processing fee of $30.00 (or legal limit) plus any applicable sales tax. General Class Notes
Clothing Wear what ever you want! Clothing is optional! J Come from work, workout clothes or regular street wear! We encourage that your clothing covers your underarm area as high sweating is a very possible end result of your classes! Just for the courtesy of your partners!
Shoes Only leather, suede, plastic, or foam shoe bottoms permitted on our Canadian oak wood dance floors! Rubber will destroy your knees over time and will leave a difficult film hard to clean on our Fun! Fun! Floors! Feel free to see any of our shoes on display. Sorry, but strapless shoes are a no no because they can slip off, hurt your toes or become flying objects! Bare feet are never safe and cannot be honored, sorry! Certain classes will honor an exception like hip hop, belly dancing, or specialty classes. You can always ask!
Socks Have a shoe emergency? We have special salsa socks for you to slip and slide in for $2.00! They are yours to keep and can be purchased at the front desk! J
Cell phones Salsa is more fun with no RINGING! Please put your phone on Off or Vibrate as to not interrupt the class fun! Thank you so very much!
Guests As much as we would love to have your guests watch your class, we sadly can’t. We hope you understand that it just makes your fellow salseros nervous! Ask about how they can register to dance for only 1 hour with you.
Cameras Video Cameras or Tape Recorders are not permitted in class!
Munchkins If you have little ones with you, please make sure you bring a friend to stay with them in the lobby and not left unattended. Our staff is easily distracted and cannot keep an eye on them for you. Sorry, but they cannot attend your class. J
Smoking We love our smoke free floor and building! Thank you for keeping our lungs smoke free!
